• Spouses of active duty or spouses of federal civilian employees affiliated with the Carlisle Barracks Community.

• Spouse of an active duty military member where the spouse resides within a 50 miles radius.

• Spouse of retired or widowed military or federal civilian personnel within 50 mile radius. 

• Adult family members (over 18) or high school graduate residing with sponsor who is on active duty at Carlisle Barracks

• Active duty and Federal employees of Carlisle Barracks

• Sponsors of IF students

• All members shall be required to have all dues paid by 31 December or within 60 days of report date on official orders or by exception with Executive Board approval.
