Buses depart the PX parking lot at 9:30am for the first stop on this perfect Touristas Tour -- the world-famous Meadowbrooke Gourd Farm. While at Meadowbrooke, you'll get a behind-the-scenes tour of how they grow, harvest and craft their whimsical gourds. You'll have the chance to create your own adorable spring-time gourd. Be sure to bring your military ID to get 30% off in their delightful gift shop. After leaving Meadowbrooke, linger over a scrumptious lunch with friends at T.J. Rockwell's, or take in the spring wonders at Ashcombe's Greenhouses, which is located right next door. The Touristas Bus will return to the PX parking lot by 3pm. The cost for this Touristas trip is $45, which includes transportation, the Meadowbrooke tour, the make-and-take gourd activity, and lunch.
